From Training to Employment: Building Financial Futures For many, a career in finance felt impossible. Through our Smile Foundation partnership, marginalized youth received structured BFSI training. Today, these beneficiaries have transitioned into formal roles, creating stable income pathways for their entire families.
Educating Tomorrow’s Leaders, One Girl at a Time Financial barriers often stop education for girls at the most critical stages. Through the Empower Her initiative with Synergie, scholarships have ensured that 100 girls stay in school, building the confidence to pursue higher studies and futures defined by choice.
Preparing Women for a GenAI-Driven Future The Nimaya Naaris program breaks the digital barrier. By equipping women with GenAI-ready skills, we aren’t just teaching technology; we are ensuring they lead the workforce of tomorrow with practical knowledge and future-proof capabilities.
